What are the savings and how does it work?

• Zero upfront costs to you and your property is not affected

• Typical savings range from tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars per year

• Participants subscribe to a certain percentage of the project (up to 40%) and receive a proportional monthly bill credit

• The subscription cost is 90% of the bill credit's value, meaning guaranteed savings with  you pocketing the 10% difference

• Alternatively, a portion of the savings can be exchanged for Renewable Energy Credits (RECs)
